EB Synth

I used a neural network technique called "Deep Dream" (the standard TensorFlow implementation) on every 30th frame of some 60fps video and then I used EbSynth to generate the frames in between. Added some post-processing (dropped to 25% speed and overlayed a couple of times with slight delay and at 50% opacity). You can find a publically available implementation of Deep Dream that doesn't require any coding at http://deepdreamgenerator.com.
