If I were you, I would try to find a secure system (boot into your system using a liveusb linux like this or use a microsoft provided virtual machine like this and login + change your logins through that. But first log out of everything everywhere (phone, tablet, etc), then get into a secure system, change all the logins, and then don't log in anywhere else for a few days. If it's all good, then login only rarely on a known-good system. If still good, keep progressing forwards.
