Gdrive does have a Linux cli client, but are you sure that's a necessary requirement? 5TB seems like a lot of space to use up just to sync to a proxmox node. Have you ever heard of Wasabi.com? It's a significantly faster fully compatible alternative of Amazon S3 that's about 1/5th the cost ($6.99/TB mo). You could even use minio client to set up realtime replication to and from Wasabi (or host your own free S3 backend with minio server.
