Tools - We're PMs after all - so I did find a couple of tools - - Tandem - a virtual office for remote teams - Tap - Audio-only drop-in audio chats with your team. This is great at creating a low-pressure environment. - Sococo - this one's fun. It's a literal virtual office you can walk around. Great for serendipity but can also be very disruptive. Requires too much work. Same with gather.town.
