If your business has many facets, which by the sounds of it then it does, and you want everything in the same place I would go for monday.com or asana (leaning towards monday.com) - you can create different flows and structures that much better for different parts of the business.

  2. Serious project management tools you’ll actually enjoy using. Estimate, plan, build, and track your team’s work—all without the fuss and frustration you’re used to.
Some other PM softwares I've tried that just didn't hit the mark for being to complex to setup and trust, not harnessing necessary features at a good cost, lack of integrations, etc.: clubhouse.io, Trello, Basecamp, Wrike, Zoho Projects, AirTable.

Asana project management is an effort to re-imagine how we work together, through modern productivity software. Fast and versatile, Asana helps individuals and groups get more done.

    • Freemium

Asana Asana was my second choice. It's very simple, and I think has the best-looking user interface. Anyone could get up and running on it easily. While it exceeds in clarity and ease of use, it doesn't have the features and price point we were looking for to manage lots of projects.

  5. Airtable works like a spreadsheet but gives you the power of a database to organize anything. Sign up for free.
