API question here, would love help! (regarding automatically updating tables for stocks and cryptos on notion)

My specific problem to be solved right now is this, I'm using a Microsoft excel sheet with a query from coinmarketcap.com to have an automated table that would be updated on my desire (when I click refresh inside the excel sheet) of all the cryptocurrency coins I own, and I would really love if it could be done inside Notion, either THROUGH Microsoft excel, or without it (preferably without it, but I could work with it).

Automate.io

FYI - I'm willing to do all the work myself and publish it once I'm done, my problem is that I don't really know where to start, Zapier and automate.io's automations aren't related to my topic right now, and don't work as I intend it to work, and Notion aren't really helping you getting started with their API page (https://www.notion.so/guides/connect-tools-to-notion-api) besides telling you to use Zapier, automate.io, or typeform (which isn't related at all).
