KeePass

I know 1 password - the one for my KeePass database. After that, I just use KeePass to autotype my passwords. I also use the Readable Passphrase Generator plugin(relevant xkcd) to make all my passwords. I keep a copy of the database in the cloud so I can access the up to date version on any platform.
