How to apply the same filter on all websites?

Super User Stack Overflow
  1. Super User, part of https://alternativeto.
I frequently use stackoverflow, askubuntu and superuser. And they all use a so-called 'Cookie Consent Window', which is big and hence annoying on my screen. I checked with uBO that all three websites use the same element: ##.js-consent-banner.r16.l16.b16.bar-lg.fc-white.bg-black-750.sm\:p16.p32.sm\:w-auto.ws4.z-nav-fixed.ps-fixed.ff-sans. How can I apply this filter to all these websites?
