    Others have mentioned the libraries available, which are great, so I thought I'd add the suggestion of Librivox. It's all volunteer-read audiobooks in the public domain in the USA (so 1926 and before). Lou download the files, MS can use whatever player you'd like on your phone or computer. I've listened to a number of books and enjoyed most of them. Often the well known books have more than one version, so if you hate the narrator you could try another.
