My download speed is being throttled somehow, and performs worse in some scenarios

Speedtest.net

I connect my pc directly to the router, via a different port every time, and the speed is 500 mb/s (at least that's what speedtest.net and fast.com says), it stays that way for X amount of time(from what I tested it takes around 30 minutes or so), and after that the internet just shuts down for me, two times, and when it goes back on, the internet is stuck at 100 mb/s, and that whole routine happens all over again.
