Forwarding from iCloud to hey.com - is it being blocked?

iCloud is cloud service done right. It stores your music, photos, apps, calendars, documents, and more. And wirelessly pushes them to all your devices.

I wanted to try out HEY but I am not receiving any mail. It is strange, I have three work mail addresses from both office360 and outlook, I have used redirect as rule. The three different companies all block the forward and redirect rule. Then my private mail add which is a me.com is also having some problem. I went to icloud.com com webmail and clicked on the gear -> preferences -> forwarding and entered my new hey.com address .. (it is also activated with 2FA) I tested mails sent from my gmail to Icloud and its only received in the Icloud inbox. I tried sending from Hey.com to Icloud, with no problem but the mail should be bounced back to Hey.com Imbox as well - nothing..
