So mine is acting like it's still up but overwhelmed. So when things load, they still load fast, but often things won't load. For me, it's more like whatever I'm connected to is overloaded trying to compensate for an outage somewhere else? It's really strange. I can sometimes get Reddit to load, but not news.google.com. I can run a speed test on speedtest.net and it got my download speed right but gave me a zero for upload speed. It's really weird.
