Troy hunt is trying to put the data on haveibeenpwned so you could check there later. But there are many users without an email in the dump so you might not find yourself even if you are in the dump. I found several people I know without an email.

Syncthing

If you'd be more comfortable keeping all your data locally, have a look at KeePassXC. There are also compatible mobile apps available and you can sync your database file using something like Syncthing.

If you aren't comfortable storing your passwords anywhere, you can use something like Master Password to generate them on the fly using an algorithm based on a master password, the service you want to log in to, and a few other things. I used this for a couple of years before it got too tedious and I made the switch to KeePass.
