Syncthing

Other files/photos I keep synced between my phone and laptop using Syncthing. And I have a small cache of favourite films/TV series on my laptop for scenarios where I can't rely on the internet, such as while travelling or during outages.

KeePassXC

I use 1Password the same way you do, but only because of their offer of a free family plan to business users. Before that I used Bitwarden (much cheaper for basically the same features), because trying to find an offline-only password manager that has all the features I use and a phone app proved too difficult. The closest I could find was KeePassXC which is good on PC but none of the KeePass-compatible phone apps could handle file attachments.
