OpenStreetMap City Roads
  1. OpenStreetMap is a map of the world, created by people like you and free to use under an open license.

Just give OSM some love. It is free, it is open, there are great apps for Android and iOS as far as a map is concerned. And you can even try to talk to the team to add some special POI-s if needed, my guess is that they'll be glad to respond. All the data is open and easily scrapable — you can browse it, you can navigate it, you can print your city on T-shirts or generate printable maps in a blink, for crying out loud.
