WinSCP is an open source free SFTP client and FTP client for Windows.
Replace your default Vanilla jar with Paper, in the startup tab on the left in your HeavyNode panel, set it to launch with Paper-1.16.5-xxx (where xxx is the version of paper you downloaded) and start the server to generate the plugins folder. Once the plugins folder is generated, drop the plugins into that folder (large plugins will require you to use an SFTP client such as WinSCP) and restart the server to load them on.
