    Reminder that this goes for mobile as well. I use Bromite (install the fdroid store, then add the Bromite repo). But there are a few chromium based mobile browsers that protect you.

    The guy who founded DuckDuckGo was guilty of exploiting privacy before he started DuckDuckGo: "He founded NamesDatabase, an early social networking company to help users find old friends and classmates. Weinberg built up the business and then he sold it for $10 million in 2006 to classmates.com." I.e., He sold a bunch of people's private information to line his pockets. So don't think for once that the he won't do it again.
