If you want to do it on a budget ( I have several domains with grandfathered free google apps accounts), there are domain registrars like hover.com that will forward email to the domain (ex. [user@domain.com](mailto:user@domain.com)) to another email address for free. You can use that method too, just forward it to a free gmail or other account, make sure to use an account that is not your main email for extra security.
