You need to apply to lots of jobs. Go to all the different job boards: indeed.com, linkedin.com, glassdoor.com. If you are applying for co-op jobs, apply to every job that is listed as an internship or co-op job for which you would be willing to do the job. For fulltime jobs, apply to every position which you would be willing to do for at least 1-1.5 years and for which you are within 3 years of the listed required experience.
