I tried out RescueTime in the past (~2010 or so) but I was never comfortable sending this data to a remote server. I since found Qbserve[0] which is a similar product, but it keeps all your data local. If I find myself distracted on any given day, then I turn on focus.app [1] to kill those distractions.
