Retool

I've been using React Admin https://marmelab.com/react-admin/ for this use case, and I really like how it works. Used it to build an internal CMS, and it handles relational stuff well. There are some other low-code tools that have similar premises. We evaluated one called Retool https://retool.com and it seemed pretty cool, but because it's a per-user pricing model, the costs can be pretty substantial when you have a lot of people using the tool.
