Ok well for Android I recommend is artflow on Android http://artflowstudio.com. I’ve used it before I got my iPad and liked it for its may Brush selections but is a one time payment. Idk if you want a free app Or if your willing to spend a little bit of Money for it.

The current Paint.NET is really good and obviously has much more features compared to since the version from 2009. But it's not FOSS which can be a deal breaker for some. If FOSS then Pinta [0] is the best option imo. GIMP is not bad either but feels very janky and all over the place sometimes (lacking some elementary features while overblown in other departments) Krita [1] is the other one I'd recommend though...

Thanks man, I gotta blend/blur out those far away flowers. It kinda looks like those flowers are an optical illusion! I use firealpaca, it's a free app https://firealpaca.com/ (used Krita previously but I didn't like it). I draw on a $40 huion tablet that's about the size of a sheet of paper.
