    Hello! I'm aware that Tableau can capture email activity with EAC. However, I'm looking to add a report within a Salesforce Dashboard. I've attempted to create a report on email messages following the resource on Salesforce.com. But, the results were minimal (657 all-time emails? Since 2017.) For clarity, not for List Emails, just 1-1 sent through Salesforce.

    Which is a legit website and a company. For whatever reason their product is named Freshsales CRM System but their website is named Freshworks.com. Someone took advantage of that and so the email looks kind of legit (except of course, obviously the links) because the name and the site match. They just redirect you to the real site.

    I feel like Microsoft could offer a more robust CRM than what's present with 'Contacts' under Outlook, and pretty easily. Something like Pipedrive... I mean it could syncronize all the datapoints that local Microsoft programs already have access to: mail, contacts, projects, teams, and LinkedIn.

    I've seen Copper CRM work quite well for contractors (assuming that your team is using or open to using Google Workspace - if you're not using Google Workspace, I'd probably ask why not? But then recommend you to use Pipedrive if you're not willing to switch to Google Workspace).
