The two big ones I know of are adsbexchange.com and asdb.fi. Source: 10 months ago
This morning, the wind is out of the east, and aircraft are landing on 9R and taking off from 9L. If you follow them on adsbexchange.com, it shows their track to be about 75°. Source: 10 months ago
It would be nice if next to the current Open Street Map also map.openseamap.org/ would be available in adsbexchange.com When you zoom in enough, ships are visible and it is free. Source: 10 months ago
Yeah, you can watch the traffic too on adsbexchange.com or flightradar24. KORD during the busy times is fun to listen to and watch, as is KATL. Source: 12 months ago
Adsbexchange.com has some really neat filters on their map page, which show up some interesting and unexpected flight features. Clicking 'U' at the top filters out all non military flights, clicking on the layers icon then reveals an option to see oddities such as UK radar corridors and UK 'AWACS' orbits. Next time you see one, go check out adsbexchange.com (click Tracking Map) or flightradar24.com and put in KCVG. It'll show you any commercial flights that are nearby and you should be able to figure out exactly what flight it is. Source: about 1 year ago
Adsbexchange.com is a flightradar alternative and also search for 'ais tracking' to monitor ship movements. Source: about 1 year ago
Is there any way for me know if there are any other ADSB receivers in the general area, or if adding my data to adsbexchange.com would actually be helpful? Source: about 1 year ago
Most likely the chinook that is currently out on a training run. Left from Donaldson, took several flying passes circling around GMU and the surrounding area. Check out adsbexchange.com in the future to see what's overhead. Source: about 1 year ago
Those choppers have adsb. Perhaps they were flying too low to show up on adsbexchange.com. Source: about 1 year ago
I just realized that I was confusing two different FAA programs: PIA and LADD. The latter are identifiable with my ADS-B receiver or adsbexchange.com while the former are not. As I mentioned, this is the first aircraft I've noticed using the PIA program. Source: over 1 year ago
You can go to adsbexchange.com and take a look at the comings and goings. Source: over 1 year ago
Oops; that .org link is dead...but adsbexchange.com seems to work! Source: over 1 year ago
Hey thanks for the info on adsbexchange.com. Didn't even know about that one. I've been contributing to FR24 for a couple of months already....now contributing to adsbexchange.com too. Source: over 1 year ago
Flight with same callsign came from Mather and did laps around Moffett yesterday. I actually saw two planes flying overhead from my backyard, but only one shows up on adsbexchange.com. I guess that means only one had its ADS-B transponder on. Source: over 1 year ago
It's the adsbexchange.com local network view of my feeder. The teal line is the max reception range over the previous 24 hours (I think). Source: over 1 year ago
Can flightradar show military aircraft ? on adsbexchange.com I see a BOEING-VERTOL CH-47 Chinook flying over danby state forest , but flightradar does not show it. Source: over 1 year ago
3) Go to adsbexchange.com. Click on Tracking, Map. When the map comes up, use the search button to search the hex code. In the case of N399AM, it shows about 5 hours ago, it was at 19,000 ft and heading northeast over the southwestern corner of Wyoming. In the case of N413UU, it shows it was heading west over north-central Nevada. Source: almost 2 years ago
I went through Max's jet's routes on adsbexchange.com, calculated the total hours flown from April 1st, 2021 to April 1st, 2022 (≈400 hours), multiplied by his jet's GPH (≈300), and then multipled it by the conversion for gallons jet fuel to CO2. Source: about 2 years ago
There's currently a lot of NATO planes operating in Eastern Poland. The larger ones - AWACS, tankers and cargo planes - have their ADS-B turned on, which means they want to be seen (you can follow them on adsbexchange.com). Source: about 2 years ago
Lol if that page was stalking you are going to have a heart attack when you look at a site like flightradar24.com or adsbexchange.com. Source: about 2 years ago
