  Are you downloading/installing directly on the Deck in desktop mode or on another machine and transferring files via USB/uSD? If on the Deck, there's already a tool installed, just use the Dolphin file explorer to find the 7z archive you downloaded, double click, and hit Extract in the window that opens up.
