Silvertrac has not been working for our company for about a month now. We were told a week to a week and a half to fix. Here we are 1 month later and we still can't log in. It say " unable to log you on. You have successfully contacted the server, but were denied permission. Please make sure you are using the correct Username and password and that your account is active". Is anyone else going through this. I am based in California.
